TeraFlex Falcon
In the fall of 1996, TeraFlex began manufacturing parts in-house to fulfill the need for heavy-duty off-road suspension pieces and equipment for the then-new TJ Wrangler. Their experience and knowledge has allowed us to create the unique and innovative parts and accessories that fill out our product line today ensuring TeraFlex’s dominant hold on the Jeep market.
Not only was TeraFlex the first manufacturer to engineer a suspension system for the TJ Wrangler’s all-new coil spring suspension, but they are the only aftermarket company to offer a solution for the venerable 231 transfer case’s low-range gearing. Then in 2001, TeraFlex stunned the entire off-road industry with the TJ’s CRD60 – an off-road specific high-pinion differential based around the Dana 60 axle platform. The CRD60 took innovation to a new level, reinforcing our position in the industry.
TeraFlex continues its stronghold on the Jeep market offering the most comprehensive lineup of performance components for the JK Wrangler and JKU Wrangler Unlimited compared to any other competitor to date.
Falcon shocks are specifically designed to accompany TeraFlex coil springs, but will add significant performance to any suspension system. By design, Falcon shocks provide extremely predictable handling by improving both compression and rebound. In-house engineering experts have invested hundreds of hours in shock tuning to deliver optimal results that are literally felt by a 'seat-of-the-pants' experience. Falcon shocks are built with state of the art methods including CAD design, finite element analysis, in-house lab simulation and rigorous real world testing.
